• Placement of order with Viana Inc. constitutes acceptance of these terms
• Prices are subject to change without notice, and previous pricelists are withdrawn
• Terms are Pre-Pay or Net 30 days unless otherwise noted on your account
• Invoicing and payment processing is done only at the time of pick up
• We accept Visa, Master Card, Interac, and cheques as methods of payments if you are picking up your order. A certified cheque is required if invoice is $2000 or more
• If you would like to pick up your order from our Mississauga warehouse, you must provide 48 HOURS notice prior to pick up. Once notice is provided, if the items are not picked up in 48 hours they will be put back into stock and cannot be guaranteed
• Orders that are 100% in stock must be processed within 30 days of receipt of order. After 30 days, Viana reserves the right to cancel any order that has not been processed
• For all U.S. pick-ups, customer assumes full responsibility for all custom documents
